At Starter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging and include all original tags and the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
